Job Title
Senior UX Designer: (Seller Ecosystem & Internal Enterprise Tools)
Location: Bengaluru, India
Role Overview: Myntra s Seller Ecosystem and Internal Tools power the operational backbone of India s leading
fashion marketplace. From logistics and inventory management to pricing systems and seller
growth platforms, these tools enable scale, efficiency, and operational excellence across the
supply chain.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will operate as a highly hands-on individual contributor, owning
complex enterprise workflows end-to-end. This role requires deep craft, strong systems thinking,
and the ability to design for operational complexity.
You will work across domains including logistics operations, inventory and catalog management,
pricing and margin optimization tools, and seller advertising and performance marketing
platforms. Your mission is to transform functional, process-heavy systems into intuitive,
high-performance work environments that reduce cognitive load, improve decision-making, and
drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product & UX Ownership
Lead UX design initiatives from discovery through production across logistics, inventory,
pricing, and advertising platforms.
Translate complex, rule-heavy business requirements into structured user journeys and
scalable solutions.
Design high-density dashboards and workflow-driven interfaces for operational teams
and sellers.
Simplify decision systems involving pricing logic, inventory movement, logistics
coordination, and campaign performance data.
Build robust and scalable information architecture across interconnected enterprise
platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and production-ready high-fidelity
designs.
Identify and systematically reduce UX debt across operational tools.
- Enterprise Design System Contribution
Contribute to the creation, documentation, and evolution of the Enterprise Design
System.
Design and standardize components suited for data-dense, workflow-heavy
environments.
Ensure visual and interaction consistency across logistics tools, inventory dashboards,
pricing systems, and ad platforms.
Partner closely with engineering to ensure scalable implementation and adherence to
system standards.
- Systems & Platform Thinking
Understand how changes in cataloging, inventory availability, pricing, or logistics
workflows impact seller performance, fulfillment timelines, and downstream customer
experience.
Design for edge cases, exception flows, compliance constraints, and real-world
operational scenarios.
Ensure cross-tool coherence and prevent fragmented user experiences across supply
chain and seller ecosystems.
- Research & Outcome Orientation
Conduct usability testing and synthesize actionable insights.
Define and measure efficiency-focused success metrics such as task success rate,
time-on-task, error reduction, and support ticket reduction.
Iterate based on data, operational feedback, and stakeholder input.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Business, and Finance
stakeholders.
Articulate design rationale using both user impact and business metrics.
Participate actively in sprint planning and agile delivery cycles.
Required Competencies
Strong systems thinking across logistics, inventory management, pricing systems, and
advertising platforms.
Deep expertise in information architecture and workflow design.
Experience contributing to or scaling a design system.
Strong visual and interaction craft in data-heavy enterprise environments.
Outcome-driven mindset with focus on measurable operational impact.
Ability to operate independently and own complex problem spaces.
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex B2B or enterprise workflows.
Experience in Enterprise SaaS, Marketplace ecosystems, Supply Chain, Pricing
systems, or Ad platforms preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to articulate UX impact in business and operational terms.
