Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive the UX strategy for digital products, ensuring solutions are usable, intuitive, consistent, and delightful while balancing business goals and time-to-market.
- Own the delivery, quality, and success of user experience for major product modules across their lifecycle, including optimization and innovation.
- Collaborate closely within an agile product team (PMs, engineers, UX peers) to deliver world-class product experiences through iterative releases.
- Work with business owners, engineering managers, and UX leadership to evaluate success criteria and prioritize roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery with long-term experience goals.
- Serve as the senior design resource on projects, mentoring and guiding junior designers/analysts. Present design methods, explorations, trade-off rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Evaluate competitive and innovative products to identify best practices and encourage innovation. Facilitate brainstorming and design workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Drive last-mile adoption of solutions by supporting enablement activities (user guides, posters, videos, and workshops). Promote the sharing of best practices across Dover Digital and operating companies.
