Senior UX Designer

• Experienced in designing complex applications for web and mobile
• Clear communicator capable of articulating design decisions
• Proficient in simplifying and visualizing complex information for users

Key Responsibilities

• Take a user-centered design approach and iterate designs based on feedback
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mockups optimized for a variety of devices
• Deliver interactive prototypes using HTML/CSS/jQuery or prototyping tools
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure smooth execution
• Use your visual design skills to create aesthetically pleasing user experiences
• Maintain and deliver design systems that work across platforms: Desktop, Mobile Web, and Native Apps
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
• Work within agile development processes to deliver design assets on time

Tools & Skills Required

Proficiency in:

• Sketch, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• InVision, Pixate, Framer, or similar tools
• HTML/CSS/jQuery (for prototyping purposes)
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work on digital products
• Prior startup experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail
