Job Description:
We are looking for a
Senior UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of UX initiatives end-to-end, drive design excellence, and collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. You will also mentor junior designers and help raise the overall quality of UX practice across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process across multiple projects, ensuring user-centered and high-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand user needs and translate business requirements into clear design solutions.
- Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
- Analyze research findings and convert insights into personas, user journeys, experience maps, and design recommendations.
- Design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes at various levels of fidelity.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Advocate mobile-first and responsive design best practices.
- Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of UX standards, patterns, and design systems.
- Mentor and guide junior designers by providing constructive feedback and design direction.
- Stay up to date with the latest UX, UI, and interaction design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Experience in any one of them - Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop & illustrator, CC, XD), Sketch, Invision, UXPin.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic or Intermediate level experience in HTML5, CSS3, is desirable
- Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
- Strong time management and work ethics.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies.
Preferred Qualification: (Optional/Good to have)- Visual Communication - To effectively perform their jobs, UX designers must understand what their audiences want and how they view the world.
- Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on users ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
