Senior UX Content Strategist

• Provide expertise in UX content writing and content strategy for digital platforms and customer experiences.

• Manage end-to-end content development for sales, services, and support-related projects.

• Collaborate with design teams to review wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps to ensure the best user experience.

• Ensure all content adheres to style guides, editorial standards, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and brand voice guidelines.

• Create customer journey maps, storyboards, wireframes, outlines, and supporting documentation for content strategy initiatives.

• Work closely with Content Leads, UX Designers, and other writers to maintain consistency across copy, images, and user flows.

• Develop user-centric content strategies that improve engagement and enhance overall digital experiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals and customer needs.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to support UX content planning and design collaboration.

• Continuously optimize content experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
