Job Title: Senior UI Designer

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The person should have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality UI components and interfaces using Figma and other design tools
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system and style guide
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and preferences
• Create design concepts and prototypes that meet business objectives and user needs

Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Requirements:

Core Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work (Behance or similar platforms)
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and human-centered design

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ReactJS and front-end development
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
