We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both websites and mobile applications. They should be proficient in the latest design tools and technologies and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporating them into design processes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet technical requirements.
- Maintaining design consistency and following brand guidelines across all platforms and devices.
- Presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing website and mobile application design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
