Role Description The Senior User Interface Designer will lead the creation of visually compelling, user-centered interfaces for INFLUISH's web and mobile products in a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This position involves translating product requirements and creator workflows into high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems that support consistent, scalable experiences. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and front-end developers to refine user journeys, conduct design reviews, and iterate based on feedback and data. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing dashboards, automation flows, AI tool interfaces, and brand collaboration modules, maintaining design documentation, and ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Strong user interface design and user experience (UX) skills, with a focus on product design for web and mobile platforms.
• Advanced visual design capabilities, including typography, color, layout, and the creation of clean, modern mockups.
• Experience creating interactive prototypes, design systems, and detailed mockups that support seamless handoff to development teams.
• Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (e.g., responsive design, component-based frameworks) to align UI with technical constraints.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) and version control for design assets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate in cross-functional product teams.
• Familiarity with creator platforms, social media products, or data-driven dashboards is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
