About the Role
A Digital Strategist is an integral part of the Digital Transformation team. Their ability to understand our digital needs determine our success in this domain. This role is an important part of both account planning & delivering support strategies, working to proactively monitor problems, change processes, & handle issues to ensure our consumers win.
A Senior UX/Product Designer who is AI-first in approach and actively uses modern AI-native design workflows to build product experiences faster and better.
You will work closely with Design, Product, & Engineering teams to simplify complex workflows, improve usability, and design scalable digital experiences across ET B2B platforms used by millions of professionals.
We are specifically looking for designers already using tools like Figma Make, Lovable, Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, and similar AI-assisted workflows as a core part of how they think, prototype, iterate, and deliver products.
Work Responsibilities
● Own UX and product design across key platform experiences and workflows
● Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable interface systems
● Use AI-native workflows for research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and execution
● Work extensively with tools like Figma, Figma Make, Lovable, Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, and similar platforms
● Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
● Contribute to design systems, interaction consistency, and usability improvements
● Conduct usability reviews, testing, and iterative design enhancements
● Deliver high-quality design solutions in fast-moving product cycles
Skills, Experience & Expertise
● Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
● Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, and product thinking
● High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
● Comfortable working with AI-native tools like Figma AI, Lovable, Claude, Replit, ChatGPT, and similar platforms
● Ability to think in systems, workflows, and scalable user experiences
● Strong visual hierarchy, usability, and interaction sensibilities
Eligibility
● 4–6 years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design
● Experience designing digital products, workflows, or platform experiences at scale
● Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product understanding, and execution quality
● Candidates actively using AI-native product design workflows will be strongly preferred
● Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related fields preferred
