Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Freelance UX Designer to support our product team in crafting intuitive, seamless, and user-centric experiences. In this role, you will focus on understanding user behavior, simplifying complex workflows, and designing efficient product journeys across our AI-driven recruitment platform.
This is a project-based / contract opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently drive UX thinking while collaborating closely with product managers and developers. Your work will directly influence how users interact with and experience our platform at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Define and design user journeys, flows, and information architecture for complex workflows.
- Create wireframes, low-to-mid fidelity prototypes, and UX concepts focused on usability and clarity.
- Simplify and optimize user experiences across key modules such as dashboards, hiring workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency in UX patterns and contribute to evolving the product's design framework.
- Work closely with UI designers (if applicable) and developers to ensure smooth translation of UX into final product.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS or product environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, problem-solving, and UX thinking (not just visual design).
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), with a focus on wireframing and prototyping.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
- Experience working on complex systems (dashboards, workflows, or enterprise tools is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and communicate effectively in a remote setup.
- Basic understanding of UI design and front-end constraints is a plus.
