Senior User Experience Designer I

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, impactful user experiences for our AI-powered planning platform

• As a UX Designer, you will work in a highly collaborative environment with researchers, designers, engineers, and product managers Your focus will be on creating simple, elegant, and intuitive UI solutions for complex enterprise business planning challenges

What You ll Do

• Conduct research, prototype, and develop consistent, intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design exceptional user interfaces
• Develop UI assets, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and interfaces
• Leverage a multidisciplinary perspective, including business, user research, and technology
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance user experiences and productivity
• Mentor and guide new designers within the team

What You ll Need

• bachelors or masters degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in product design
• Expertise in working with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Photoshop , and the ability to adapt to new tools
• Platform-focused design experience, with a strong understanding of design systems
• Experience creating globally accessible software for users across different languages and abilities
• A strong portfolio showcasing your approach to research, design, and collaborative solutions for enterprise software
• Passion for design, attention to detail, and an understanding of CSS/CSS3
