UI/UX Designer Wanted @ AiSentr

Introduction
Are you a dynamic, hands-on UI/UX Designer who has one goal and one goal only: to create a best in class UI and user experience for a fast-growing AI / SaaS start-up AiSentr is looking for a very experienced UX Lead to own the end-to-end design process for our B2B SaaS platform. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and driven individual to make a huge impact onto our current and future customer through easy to use and delightful user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Understand our users: collaborate closely with the founders, sales and customer success stakeholders on product thinking to deeply understand our users needs and design features that facilitate technical workflows in a simple, intuitive way
- Own the design lifecycle: spearhead the design lifecycle, from concept to execution – manage our Figma projects and design workflows to ensure a cohesive and efficient process
- Design the interface: design a user interface that's dead-easy to use, systematic in function, visually compelling and in alignment with our existing product branding, ensuring a consistent and polished experience
- Prototyping: create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to iterate quickly and validate ideas with stakeholders and users
- Ensure designs technical feasibility: work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, implemented effectively, and meet user needs
- Constantly improve the UX: continuously refine the UX based on user feedback, analytics, and testing, contributing, living the culture of rapid iteration and improvement
- Ensure design efficiency: create and maintain our design system and style guide to maximise efficient use of your designs
What We're Looking For
- More than 3 years (ideally 5+ years) of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech startup or fast-moving environment
- Proven experience in creating and designing user flows and interfaces for SaaS platforms
- Expert level Figma skills or equivalent tools to manage wire-framing, prototyping and design projects
- Excellent eye for detail and UI design
- Extensive portfolio demonstrating visually cohesive and functional interfaces
- Deep understanding of UX principles and experience designing simple UI for technical workflows
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate across teams
- Ability to think in depth about feature mechanics and how design can solve user problems
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic work environment
