Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead a team of User Assistance developers responsible for technical documentation, in-product guidance, tutorials, and multimedia.

Content Strategy & Delivery
- Define and oversee content strategies, ensuring delivery of high-quality, user-centric content on schedule.
- Uphold SAP's content standards and industry best practices, while driving innovation across the UA community.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and subject-matter experts to align content with product functionality and user needs.
