Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior USA IT Recruiter role based in Bengaluru. The Senior USA IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating technical candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Daily responsibilities include coordinating interviews, advising hiring managers on role requirements, negotiating compensation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The role also involves building and maintaining strong talent pipelines, staying current with US market trends and immigration guidelines relevant to hiring, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reports. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes is central to this position.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for US-based roles.
- Strong experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for diverse technology stacks.
- Proven track record in Hiring for multiple roles and levels within fast-paced environments.
- In-depth understanding of US staffing practices, time zones, employment types (C2C, W2), and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience using ATS platforms, professional networking tools, and major job boards.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; HR or related specialization is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Senior or Lead US IT Recruiter in a staffing or consulting firm is highly preferred.
