Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior US Tax and Accountant. The Senior Accountant will oversee and manage tax return preparation, ensure compliance with US tax regulations, and support clients with strategic tax planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include bookkeeping, handling accounting functions, managing payroll, and providing consulting services for small to medium-sized businesses. The role requires close collaboration with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Shift: UK ( 12 pm to 9 pm )

Qualifications

• Expertise in Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, and ensuring compliance with US tax laws
• Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, and General Accounting principles
• Experience in Payroll Management and end-to-end payroll processes
• Consulting experience, particularly with small-to-medium-sized businesses, and the ability to provide strategic financial advice
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar programs)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
