Location: 5th phase KPHB Colony, Hi-tech City Road, Hyderabad, INDIA.
Job Type: Full-Time Onsite only
Timings: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Experience: 5 - 7 years in US IT Recruiting
Job Summary
PETADATA is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter Team Lead to manage a team of recruiters and drive full-cycle recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US staffing, team handling, and client coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Work closely with clients/implementation partners to understand requirements
- Allocate requirements and monitor team performance
- Guide team on sourcing strategies (Boolean search, job portals, networking)
- Screen, shortlist, and validate candidate profiles
- Ensure quality submissions and quick turnaround time
- Track daily/weekly recruitment metrics and share reports
- Train and mentor junior recruiters
- Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and processes
Required Skills
- 6 to 8+ years of US IT recruitment experience
- Prior experience as a Team Lead or handling a team
- Strong knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, TN)
- Understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Expertise in job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
