Job Description – Senior US IT Recruiter
TaSa Consulting & IT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Full-time, Contract, C2C, W2, and Remote positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and clients.
- Perform salary/rate negotiations and manage the hiring process.
- Train and guide junior recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and US staffing process.
- Experience with ATS tools and Boolean sourcing.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
