Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Unit 904 & 905, 9th Floor, Tower – 4, Assotech Business Crestera, Phase 2, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 (100% onsite)

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with a strong background in US IT Staffing and direct client hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in W2 recruitment, H1B transfers, candidate relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements from sourcing to onboarding

• Work closely with direct clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality candidates

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals

• Handle W2 hiring, H1B transfer cases, and other employment categories as required

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates

• Negotiate rates, manage offers, and ensure successful closures

• Mentor junior recruiters and support team hiring goals when required

• Maintain recruitment data and ensure compliance with client and internal processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing, preferably supporting direct clients

• Strong experience in W2 recruitment and H1B transfer processes

• In-depth understanding of US staffing concepts, tax terms, visa classifications, and rate negotiations

• Proven track record of successful placements and client delivery

• Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with direct clients is highly preferred

• MSP experience will be an added advantage

• Strong delivery experience across IT and niche technology requirements

• Prior experience mentoring or guiding recruiters is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory
