Job Description – US IT Recruiter

Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sec 142

Experience: 1–4 Years

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals for the US market through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements from direct clients and implementation partners.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers/ATS regularly.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Ensure timely submissions and closures against assigned requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of US IT Recruitment and technologies.
• Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in night shifts.
• Knowledge of tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099 is a plus.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in US Staffing/IT Recruitment will be preferred.
