Min 5-8 years experience

Utilize current recruiting tools and best practices to cultivate robust pipelines for active and passive technical talent

Recruiting efforts such as understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews and shortlisting candidates

Manage online postings on various job boards

Develop recruiting strategies

Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals and networking

Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may fit
