Location: Trichy

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process

• Source and screen candidates from Job portals, ATS, Internal DB's and Social Networks.

• Work closely with clients and account managers on critical requirements

• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes

• Ensure quality submissions within SLA/TAT timelines

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates

Required Skills:

Strong experience in US IT Recruitment

Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
