Senior US IT Recruiter(IT Staffing)

Panzer Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to identify, recruit, and place top IT talent for our clients. This role demands expertise in IT staffing, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms to source high-quality IT professionals.
2. Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Job Posting & Advertising: Create effective job postings to attract the best candidates.
4. Candidate Assessment: Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
5. Negotiation & Offer Process: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms with candidates.
6. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process in compliance with industry standards.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and IT talent availability to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

Experience: 1–5 years in US IT Recruitment with a focus on technical roles.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency with US Tax Terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and time zones.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the US.

Certifications: Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) preferred.

• Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift).
• Interview Mode: Face-to-Face.
• Bond: One-year bond; submission of one original document (e.g., SSC or blank cheque) upon joining is required.
