Role Overview

We are looking for aggressive, result-oriented, hands-on Senior US IT Recruiters with experience in end-to-end US staffing. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to hit the ground running from Day 1, with minimal training or supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, from sourcing to placement.
• Hire for niche technical skills across AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, SAP, and other specialized technologies.
• Handle senior-level and executive technical hiring.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on US IT staffing experience.
• Proven expertise in niche technology and senior-level hiring.
• Strong knowledge of Contract, C2H, and Direct Hire recruitment.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and a proven track record of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Important: This is a strictly hands-on individual contributor role, not a team management position. We need aggressive recruiters with a strong sense of urgency, high productivity, and the ability to deliver results from Day 1 in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working in alignment with US business hours as required.
