Job Summary:

We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and place IT professionals for US clients. The role requires strong sourcing skills, understanding of US hiring, and ability to work in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via Dice, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate with US clients and schedule interviews.
• Handle W2, C2C, 1099 hiring processes.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and database.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in US IT recruitment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, Citizen)
• Willing to work night shifts
