Senior US Clinical /healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Clinical/Scientific and Healthcare Recruiters to support staffing and recruitment activities for Phrma/Biotech/healthcare clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding qualified professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on US Clin/Sci and healthcare requirements and strong knowledge of US staffing processes, compliance requirements, and recruitment tools.

Location:- Sector -62 Noida (Hybrid)

Working days:- 4 days Onsite & 1 day WFH (Fixed on Wednesdays)

Time Zone: Eastern

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for US-based clients
• Use various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
• Check references and Authorization to work before submission
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews ,offer and hire
• Build pipeline of candidates for repetitive requirements
• Coordinate with Candidate and HR for New Hire Paperwork
• Ensure Compliance with Tech Observer Policies and procedures
• Represent Tech Observer professionally and ethically at all times

Skills

• Minimum of Bachelors degree required
• Experience working on a applicant tracking software (ATS)
• Experience working on a vendor management system (VMS) for w2 Clinical/healthcare requirements is a must
• 3-7 years recruiting experience for a staffing company
• Demonstrable experience in Pharma/Biotech industry recruiting
• Effective negotiating skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work US shift hours (Night shift) from our Noida office
• Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
