Job Description

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in urban planning projects.
Master's Degree in Urban Planning / Urban Design / Regional Planning from a reputed/top architecture or planning institute.
Strong experience in master planning, smart cities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience working on government or multilateral-funded projects preferred.
Prepare master plans, regional plans, and detailed urban design proposals.
Work on land use planning, zoning regulations, and development control regulations (DCR).
Develop concept plans, layout plans, and urban design strategies.
Contribute to urban infrastructure and smart city projects.
Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and policy documents.
Integrate transport planning, environmental considerations, and infrastructure planning into urban proposals.
Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
Support stakeholder consultations and public engagement processes.
