Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Urban Planner to help shape urban, regional, and tourism development projects in India. If you have more than 5 years of experience and a knack for transforming ideas into comprehensive master plans, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Work with the team to develop innovative master plans for large-scale regional and tourism projects
• Engage in strategic planning, benchmarking, and sustainability assessments
• Conduct feasibility studies and population projections to guide planning decisions
• Create impactful project reports, proposal presentations, and design strategy
• Collaborate with a team of experts to bring bold ideas to life
• Develop strategies and institutional frameworks for comprehensive implementation of the masterplans

What We're Looking For:

• Experience of working on urban and regional projects – Master planning, Tourism Development, DPR preparation, etc.
• Strong foundation in project area understanding and ability to collect, analyse and comprehend data.
• Working knowledge of analytical tools and techniques adopted in GIS.
• Ability to understand and comprehend the complexities involved in urban projects and approach design development it with existing and foreseeable sensitivities.
• Strong skills in research, data analysis, and documentation
• Ability to manage project timelines and collaborate with various stakeholders
• A passion for sustainable urban development and creative problem-solving

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in urban planning, urban studies or similar field from a reputed institution
• Five or more years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
