Role Description

This full-time on-site Senior Urban Designer role is based in Navi Mumbai. The Senior Urban Designer will be responsible for overseeing urban and comprehensive planning projects, designing innovative and sustainable urban spaces, and collaborating with architecture and landscape teams for cohesive development plans. The role involves creating design proposals, preparing master plans, conducting site analysis, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Urban Planning and Comprehensive Planning, with a strong understanding of city development and infrastructure strategies.
  • Proficiency in Architecture and Urban Design, with the ability to conceptualize and detail complex design solutions.
  • Knowledge of Landscape Architecture principles to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing urban spaces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in stakeholder management and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role with a portfolio showcasing expertise in urban design is highly desirable.
