Relocation: Required to Noida Headquarters

We are currently seeking a Senior Urban Designer with 08 to 12 years of professional experience in the urban design sector. This role demands strong design thinking, client handling, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams across urban-scale developments and should demonstrate a working knowledge of applicable traffic codes, development byelaws, construction standards, and support design development and contribute actively to project delivery across urban- scale and public realm projects

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the conceptualisation, design and execution of master plans, small area plans, feasibility studies and planning projects.

·      Develop design concepts, frameworks, and detailed design guidelines.

·      Prepare high- quality drawings, reports, and presentations.

·      Coordinate with planners, architects, landscape architects, traffic engineers, contractors and construction teams to ensure integrated design solutions during project implementation.

·      Present designs to clients, municipal boards, and the public, managing expectations and leading community engagement workshops.

·      To demonstrate competency in software, clear communication skills, and gain understanding of the required tasks, a quick and methodical decision-making approach for the design and related tasks.

Qualifications:

·      Master's Degree in Urban Design/ Planning

·      Bachelor's Degree in Urban Design/ Architecture will be considered.

·      Minimum 08 years of Professional working experience in Urban Design and Master Planning projects, with site completion

Preference:

·      Can showcase relevant experience in Urban Planning/ Design projects, including design, documentation and site implementation/ completion.
