Overview of Job
We are seeking a Sr. Unity Developer to lead the development and optimization of complex interactive applications and games. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects using Unity and Unreal Engine.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of complex applications and games using Unity and Unreal Engine.
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient solutions following best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate features and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues, optimize performance, and ensure application stability.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and oversee deployment processes.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and foster their professional growth.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Unity and Unreal Engine development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2.5 - 4 years of professional experience in Unity and Unreal Engine development.
- Advanced proficiency in Unity and Unreal Engine, including C# programming.
- Extensive experience with animation systems, 3D math, and game design principles.
- Strong experience with multiplayer functionality, VR development, and optimizing applications.
- Expertise in integrating web technologies, databases, and managing deployment processes.
- Knowledge of version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in debugging and optimizing applications for high performance and reliability.
