Raw Material, Inventory & Cost Control
Quality, SOP & Process Improvement
MIS, KPI & Management Reporting
MUST HAVE
10+ years in FMCG / Food Manufacturing
Mandatory Food Processing / Frozen Food experience
Strong machinery & production knowledge
Large manpower / labour management experience
Hands-on FSSAI & food safety knowledge
Ability to independently manage a manufacturing unit
