Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Underwriters with 3+ years of US Residential Mortgage underwriting experience. The candidate must be well-versed with FNMA & FHLMC guidelines (GNMA knowledge is a plus) and have strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Review and underwrite complete loan files; issue approval/denial decisions
• Perform detailed credit, income (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, K1, etc.), asset & collateral analysis
• Evaluate borrower's ability to repay (4C's of Underwriting)
• Validate loan documents as per investor guidelines
• Ensure compliance with US mortgage underwriting standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of US Mortgage Underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of US Residential Mortgage guidelines
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
