Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy
enterprise-grade UiPath automations
- Build scalable and reusable workflows using REFramework
- Automate business processes across:
- Web applications
- Desktop applications
- Citrix / Virtual environments
- SAP and other enterprise systems
- Design and implement AI Agents / Agentic Automation for intelligent and autonomous workflows
- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) processes using:
- UiPath Action Center
- UiPath Forms and UiPath Apps
- Combine AI Agents with HITL for approvals, validations, and exception handling
- Develop and maintain UiPath Test Automation using UiPath Test Suite
- Create functional, regression, smoke, and API test cases
- Perform backend customization using:
- Python services or scripts
- Custom APIs and integrations
- Integrate UiPath automations with REST and SOAP APIs
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, robots)
- Use UiPath Cloud Platform, Automation Ops, and Integration Service
- Support AI-powered automations using:
- UiPath AI Center
- Document Understanding
- Generative AI / LLM-based components
- Ensure adherence to security, audit, and governance standards
- Collaborate with business, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Core Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on UiPath RPA development
- Strong expertise in:
- UiPath Studio & Studio Web
- UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud / On-Prem)
- REFramework
- Experience automating:
- Web, Desktop, Citrix, and Enterprise applications
- Strong experience with API automation (REST, SOAP)
- Knowledge of JSON, XML, OAuth, JWT authentication
Advanced UiPath Capabilities
- AI Agents / Agentic Automation
- Human-in-the-Loop workflows
- UiPath Action Center
- UiPath Forms and UiPath Apps
- UiPath Test Automation / Test Suite
Backend & Programming Skills
- Strong experience with Python for:
- Backend customization
- API development
- Data processing and AI orchestration
- Ability to integrate custom backend services with UiPath workflows
UiPath Platform Experience (Preferred)
- UiPath AI Center
- UiPath Automation Ops
- UiPath Integration Service
- UiPath Document Understanding
- UiPath Process Mining / Task Mining
Test Automation Skills
- Designing and maintaining RPA, API, and application test cases
- Regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Test data management and reporting
- CI/CD integration for UiPath automation and testing
Technical Environment
- Databases: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL
- Version Control: Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub
- CI/CD Tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Cloud Platforms: Azure (preferred)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with enterprise and global clients
- Ability to explain AI and automation concepts to non-technical users
