What is the work
- Client Interaction: Understand business goals, present UI directions, and manage feedback loops.
- UX & UI Ownership: Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI.
- Visual Design: Deliver clean, modern, high-quality interface visuals with strong attention to detail.
- Usability Focus: Blend user needs with business goals for intuitive experiences.
- Developer Collaboration: Provide detailed specs and support during handoff.
- Design System Building: Maintain components, styles, and scalable design libraries.
- Iteration: Adapt designs based on client or user feedback without losing quality.
What skills and experience are we looking for
- 35 years of experience in UI/UX & visual design (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio of responsive websites, apps, and clean visual UI work.
- Understanding of Indian client expectations and fast-paced iterations.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to balance multiple projects efficiently.
