Role Description We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into intuitive, engaging and visually strong digital experiences.
- Lead UI/UX projects from research and concept to final design and handoff.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Design responsive digital experiences across websites, eCommerce platforms and applications.
- Develop thoughtful design systems and maintain consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with developers, brand designers, strategists and clients.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate the thinking behind your decisions.
- Conduct user and competitor research to inform design direction.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, client inputs and project requirements.
- Ensure designs balance user experience, aesthetics and business objectives.
- Contribute to improving design processes and mentor junior designers where required.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
- Strong Visual Design skills with a focus on brand-aligned aesthetics, layout and polished, production-ready interfaces.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes, particularly in Figma.
- Deep understanding of UX, including user research, personas, user flows, information architecture and usability testing.
- Advanced UI Design skills, including design systems, component libraries, responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers and create technically feasible designs.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end UI/UX projects for websites, eCommerce platforms or digital products.
- Experience with performance-focused design, analytics-informed iteration and conversion optimisation is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to clients and cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX thinking, strong visual execution and end-to-end digital projects.
- Relevant degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Mumbai-based and comfortable working on-site.
