Senior UI/UX Designer

We operate at the intersection of consumer technology, social networking, marketplaces & real-world logistics and are building a scalable, multi-vertical sports-tech venture with a focus on long-term sustainability and global dominance.

The Opportunity:

Are you someone who loves solving complex design problems and crafting seamless user experiences Join Playo as a Senior UI/UX Designer and take ownership of designing impactful, user-centered products used by millions. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape intuitive and engaging experiences across the platform.

Responsibilities:

●       Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final delivery 

●       Translate product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces 

●       Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes 

●       Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams 

●       Use data and analytics to improve and iterate user experiences 

●       Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency 

●       Advocate for User-Centered Design (UCD) principles 

●       Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback 

Requirements:

●       5+ years of experience in product design

●       Strong proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping 

●       Experience with motion/interaction tools like Rive 

●       Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 

●       Strong understanding of UCD principles and best practices 

●       Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.) 

●       Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving and design thinking 

●       Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

●       Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows (Figma MCP, Claude, etc.) 

●       Passion for sports and fitness 

●       Experience in fast-paced startup environments 

●       Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
