We are looking for a highly capable Senior UI/UX Designer who can take ownership of product design initiatives across enterprise applications and operational systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing enterprise-grade products such as dashboards, workflow systems, admin panels, operational platforms, analytics systems, and data-heavy applications.

This role requires a strong balance of UX thinking, UI execution, product understanding, technical awareness, leadership capability, and design system thinking.

We are looking for someone who can move beyond visual design and contribute towards product usability, operational efficiency, workflow clarity, and scalable product experiences.

• Design modern and scalable enterprise interfaces
• Create intuitive workflows and operational user experiences
• Design dashboards, admin panels, analytics modules, workflow systems, and operational platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Improve usability and workflow efficiency across products
• Design responsive interfaces across devices and resolutions

• Build and maintain scalable design systems
• Maintain consistency across products and modules
• Create reusable design patterns and component structures
• Ensure frontend implementation feasibility and scalability
• Work closely with frontend teams during implementation

• Understand business workflows and operational systems
• Translate operational complexity into usable product experiences
• Participate in product discussions, feature planning, and workflow structuring
• Improve UX through research, feedback, and usability analysis
• Think from both user and operational efficiency perspectives

• Lead design initiatives within the team
• Mentor junior designers and interns
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and management teams
• Participate in reviews, brainstorming sessions, and product planning
• Maintain design quality and consistency standards
  

• Strong expertise in Figma
• Strong UI and UX fundamentals
• Experience designing enterprise applications and operational systems
• Strong wireframing and prototyping capability
• Good understanding of design systems and component thinking
• Strong typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy understanding
• Good understanding of responsive design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good understanding of frontend implementation feasibility
