We are looking for a creative and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer who can lead product design initiatives, improve user experiences, and build intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging digital products.
Role: Senior UI/UX Designer
Experience: 5–8 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design process from research to final implementation
- Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Design clean, intuitive, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Build and maintain design systems, UI components, and brand consistency
- Improve product usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience
- Translate business requirements into engaging product experiences
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment with quick iterations and execution
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Prior startup experience is mandatory
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and product thinking
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience designing SaaS, consumer tech, or digital products
- Knowledge of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech or SaaS products
- Exposure to design systems and product scaling
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills
- Experience working in agile startup environments
