We are looking for a highly creative and experiencedSenior UI/UX Designerto oversee and elevate the user experience and visual design of our digital products. The ideal candidate will lead the design team, manage end-to-end product design processes, and ensure delivery of intuitive, user-centric interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the UI/UX design team, ensuring high-quality design output andtimelydelivery.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to understand user needs and behavior.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices across all product lines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling design solutions.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-ComputerInteractionora relatedfield.
- 5+ years of experiencein UI/UX design, including at least2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong portfolioshowcasingmobile and web application design work.
- Proficiencyin design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.).
- Deep understanding of design principles, usability standards, and responsive design.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to convert complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better collaboration with development teams.
- Familiarity with design systems andcomponentlibraries.
- Experience in motion graphics or micro-interactions (optional but preferred).
Salary Range:As per industry standards and experience.
