As a Senior UI Developer at Radancy, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge user interfaces for high-traffic websites and next-generation applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure the design vision is maintained while delivering high-quality, accessible, and responsive code. Your technical input during product design will help shape the future of our products, and you will actively mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- UI Development: Utilize your expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery to develop web-client user interfaces that integrate with backend systems and various server-side components.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, UX teams, and software engineers to ensure that design vision is met and that UI deliverables are standards-compliant.
- Technology Exploration: Explore and integrate new technologies and industry trends to continuously innovate and improve our solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth while promoting best practices in UI development.

Desired Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or comparable education and experience with 5+ years of web development experience.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Understanding of web standards, progressive enhancement, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficient in web accessibility (familiarity with WCAG is a plus).
- Experience in web optimization and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with design tools like Sketch and Photoshop.
