What You'll Do
UI Design
- Translate sales requirements and user flows into clean, high-fidelity UI designs (web and mobile) that align with Phenom's design system and enterprise-grade standards.
- Collaborate with UI leads and product managers to build reusable UI components and maintain visual consistency across modules.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability are embedded in designs while balancing aesthetic quality.
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand requirements and work on customer demo (web and mobile).
Visual & Graphic Design (Occasional)
- Create visual assets like icons, illustrations, banners, and graphics for marketing, events, demos, and internal communications ensuring they follow brand guidelines.
- Support creation of marketing creatives, slide decks, social assets, campaign visuals, and event collaterals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure design consistency across product and non-product touchpoints.
- Deliver presentation designs that are visually cohesive, professional, and on-brand. What You've Done.
- 25 years of professional experience in UI design (experience in SaaS, healthtech, or B2C a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, visual hierarchy, layout systems, and clean aesthetics.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design handoff workflows.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop for visual/graphic design tasks.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and platform guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver high-quality work under timelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful user interfaces.
