Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior UI Designer who takes full ownership of their work and consistently delivers high-quality, pixel-perfect designs. The ideal candidate should have strong collaboration skills, experience working in agile environments, and the ability to create seamless and intuitive product journeys by working closely with UX designers and product leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End UI Design Ownership

• Own and deliver UI designs from concept to final handoff with minimal supervision

• Translate product and UX requirements into clean, intuitive, and functional interfaces

2. Fintech-Focused Product Journeys

• Design seamless, user-centric journeys tailored to fintech and finance use cases

• Ensure clarity, usability, and consistency across complex workflows

3. Design Systems & Consistency

• Work with and contribute to scalable design systems (components, patterns, guidelines)

• Maintain consistency across all product surfaces while allowing flexibility

4. Collaboration & Agile Execution

• Collaborate closely with UX designers and product leads in agile sprints

• Manage tasks independently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

5. Reviews, Feedback & Alignment

• Participate in design reviews and cross-functional discussions

• Share constructive feedback and align on product direction

6. Accessibility & Responsiveness

• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards

• Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes

Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing fintech or financial product work.

Deep expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and developer handoff.

Solid experience working with and maintaining design systems at scale.

Comfortable working in agile teams and managing your own workload with minimal handholding.

Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate with UX designers without friction.

Good communicator who can present and defend design decisions clearly to product and engineering teams.

Attention to detail, a sharp eye for visual quality, and a genuine care for the end-user experience.

Experience designing for mobile-first or app-based financial products.
