Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing, Experienced U.S. Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying and placing top-tier talent across Telecom industry. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from high-level sourcing to complex offer negotiations, ensuring our clients receive only the most qualified A-player candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and any other sources to identify passive talent beyond standard resume databases.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct deep-dive behavioral and technical screenings to ensure alignment with client culture and technical requirements.
- Client Management: Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and guidance on U.S. employment trends.
- Compliance & Logistics: Manage U.S.-specific hiring nuances, including tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Visa statuses (H1B, Green Card, EAD), and federal/state labor law compliance.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively build a warm database of candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire.
Required Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years of experience in U.S. Staffing/Recruitment (Agency experience preferred).
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the U.S. job market, geography, and cultural nuances.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search strings.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent proven track record).
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of specific U.S. tax and payroll terms (W2 vs Corp-to-Corp).
- Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools.
