We are seeking an experienced travel industry professional with strong expertise in multi-country visa processing and customized international itinerary planning. This role requires structured execution, documentation precision, and complete ownership of client cases from initiation to closure.

This position is suited for individuals who understand that visa processing is not clerical work, but a responsibility-driven function requiring risk awareness, timeline discipline, and professional client communication.

Visa Processing & Documentation Management

• Handle end-to-end Tourist, Business, and Visitor visa applications for multiple destinations
• Conduct detailed document scrutiny and pre-submission risk assessment
• Coordinate with consulates and visa facilitation partners such asVFS Global
• Manage appointments, submissions, tracking, and follow-ups
• Ensure strict adherence to timelines and documentation standards

Travel Planning & Itinerary Development

• Design customized international itineraries based on client requirements
• Align travel plans with visa timelines and documentation strategy
• Recommend appropriate travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and insurance.

Client Management & Ownership

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients
• Provide structured and timely communication throughout the process
• Take full accountability for case progression and resolution
• Handle escalations with clarity and professionalism

• 25+ years of experience in the travel and visa industry
• Strong knowledge of multi-country visa procedures (Schengen, UK, USA, Singapore, etc.)
• Proven experience in itinerary planning and travel coordination
• Strong analytical ability in documentation review
• Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail
