Aao Hukum is hiring a Travel Operation Specialist Contracting to manage and develop new DMC contracts for key domestic destinations. The role requires strong operational knowledge, vendor negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in destination management.

The candidate must have operational and contracting experience in one or more of the following destinations:

• Ladakh
• Kashmir
• Himachal Pradesh
• Sikkim

• Identify, onboard, and contract new DMCs, hotels, transporters, and local vendors
• Negotiate rates, inclusions, cancellation policies, and seasonal contracts
• Create and maintain updated rate sheets and vendor databases
• Coordinate with sales team for accurate costing and package feasibility
• Manage ground operations coordination with DMC partners
• Ensure service quality, compliance, and smooth execution of bookings
• Handle vendor issue resolution and operational escalations
• Maintain documentation for contracts, agreements, and approvals

• Experience in travel operations or DMC contracting
• Strong knowledge of ground handling, hotels, transport, and activities
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to manage multiple destinations and suppliers
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel, rate sheets, and basic CRM tools

• Fixed Salary: 30,000 per month and above
• Additional performance-based incentives
