Requirements
- We are looking for sector specialists in Asia, Europe, Australia & New Zealand, and Africa.
- Prior experience in Customised operations is a must.
- Should have worked on B2B & B2C portals, OTA's and DMC.
- Strong belief in process and systems.
- Working on MS office, OTA, CRM and reports
- Multilingualism is an advantage
- Excellent E-mail, communication and people skills
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills Up to date with
- International travel trends and destination knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities
- Speak to customers and understand their requirements for the trip
- Full responsibility for working on quotations and booking for trips
- Represent the brand Trip Store while speaking to customers, be courteous over call
- Ability to convince customers to take the trip with Trip Store
- Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Destination and Tour Operators Training to upgrade the knowledge
