  • Coordinate directly with global suppliers, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and service providers, including long-haul destinations.
  • Negotiate rates, manage confirmations, amendments, and cancellations with suppliers.
  • Assist in creating detailed itineraries and provide expert destination guidance for international travel.
  • Ensure accurate handling of visa processes, documentation, and timelines for various countries.
  • Handle ticketing-related tasks, including fare understanding, PNR management, and coordination with airlines/GDS teams.
  • Maintain and update all booking and operational data in internal CRM systems.
  • Provide prompt issue resolution, re-bookings, and post-travel support.
  • Monitor international travel trends, advisories, and restrictions.
  • Coordinate with finance and sales teams on billing, reconciliation, and vendor payments.
  • Act as an on-ground operations lead for group tours when required, ensuring smooth daily logistics.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes and supplier management.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in International Travel Operations (candidates with only short-term or limited ops exposure will not be considered).
  • Strong destination knowledge beyond India and Southeast Asia, including long-haul regions such as Europe, Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, Australia, or the Americas.
  • Hands-on experience with visa processing for multiple international destinations.
  • Working knowledge of air ticketing, fare rules, PNR handling, and exposure to GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
  • Direct experience coordinating with international suppliers and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience handling HNIs or group travel operations will be an added advantage.
  • Driving experience is a must.
  • Schedule: Flexibility required based on operational demands and client travel schedules

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and skill set
  • Exposure to complex international and luxury adventure travel operations
  • Opportunity to work on global destinations and unique road-trip experiences
  • Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented work environment

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong international operations exposure, enjoy handling complex itineraries, and are confident managing visas, ticketing, and global suppliers. If you are passionate about travel and thrive in execution-driven roles, we'd love to hear from you.
