Travel Consultant

Department: Sales & Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle travel enquiries, understand client requirements, design suitable travel packages, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel packages for both Domestic and International destinations.
Handle inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Prepare holiday packages and share travel quotations and itineraries.
Book flights, hotels, tours, sightseeing's, transfers, cruises, visas, and travel insurance.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Assist customers with travel documentation and visa requirements.
Resolve customer concerns and provide post-booking support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and tourism regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Ability to prepare itineraries and travel quotations.
Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking portals.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience Required

2-7 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, OTA, or hospitality industry.
Experience handling domestic and international holiday packages.
