Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Nagercoil. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing and managing tailored travel experiences, assisting clients with travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless reservations and bookings. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with partners to offer comprehensive travel solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and planning customized travel experiences
- Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations with accuracy
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide clients with a positive and satisfying travel experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and adapt to client-specific needs in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in the travel industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
