Your role
- Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor's Degree with Master's degree in transport planning)
- Working experience (8 + years) in Transport appraisal software like TUBA, COBALT, WITA, AMAT and bespoke spreadsheet assessments.
- Experience and knowledge of Transport Economic concepts and guidance.
- Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment
- Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including high degree of competence in MS Excel
- Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project
- Good written communication skills
- Be able to work Individually.

- Knowledge and experience of UK regional modelling guidance and approaches
- Experience in the use of analytical and research tools such as GIS and the use of databases
- An appreciation of the transport industry and related policy context
- Professional membership of a relevant institution.
- Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
- Experience in handling task management.
